Beau my God
#26 - Welcome Back
Welcome back to Beau My God, as host Beau Bradley (he/they) begins to re-structure the podcast into segments!
In this week's all new episode, Beau catches us up on some current events in the LGBTQIA+ community including how a Human Rights Tribunal in British Columbia enforced mandatory training and fees from a local restaurant after the business fired a waiter for speaking up against being misgendered in the work place, how an Orlando teen became the first Transgender Homecoming Queen in school history, and a catch up with Beau on his journey with Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy (GAHT), also known as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), or Testosterone if you are being specific. Then the episode ends with a reading from Alok Vaid-Menon's book, Beyond the Gender Binary.
Let us know your experiences on the differences between how you perceive your gender identity and how society perceives you!
